About Us

Our story began with a passion for helping communities recover quickly after a major disaster. Our founders have over 60 years in providing disaster assessment and claims services to Federal and State agencies, and Insurance carriers.  KMA  (dba of Kent, Mayfair and Associates) saw a need for personalized, results-driven recovery assessment and customer care, and set out to create a company that would meet that need. Today, we continue to uphold that same passion and commitment to excellence.

We offer a variety of consulting services at KMA, including structural and damage assessment, claims handling, emergency field  operations, audits and quality assurance and more.
